Wesley Boers
Wesley started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he led transformative innovation projects, both on a global and regional level. Afterwards he joined Ecolab and overlooked the R&D aspects of EU value improvement program and was an active member of the EU leadership team.
Along the way in his 15yrs career, Wesley discovered that it was not the product chemistry that made him tick, but more the chemistry between the people. This stimulated him to become a certified integral and systemic coach and found INN-Gage Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
Today he helps leaders and organizations optimise their people chemistry to boost innovation & transformation, by combining his corporate innovation skills and integral/ systemic coaching experience.
