Siets is a forerunner in the field of applied systemic work. Siets is trained to facilitate family and organisational constellations, but is much more interested in finding practical ways to apply systemic knowledge to everyday life.
She developed Moving Questions as a practical way of thinking, using knowledge from the systemic field. In this way she has inspired thousands of people to get in touch with their own systemic wisdom and gave them tools and language to apply this in their daily life.
